An Evening in the Garden
Choose from two sessions

3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Up to six people may gather and picnics are welcome
No photography allowed inside or on the porch of the teahouse
Registration is recommended. A few walk-ins will be admitted
$12 per person with registration
$15 at the gate

There is a new and lovely atmosphere in the garden.Tables and chairs are scattered around and there are numerous seating areas that offer a bit of privacy. Bring a picnic or have a glass of wine and some snacks before going to dinner.
The garden has lifted most of its guidelines along with the City of Pasadena. Some restrictions remain and we appreciate your patience and attention to them.
* Every visitor must check in on the terrace of the house. No tickets or receipts are necessary
* Up to six people may gather and sit together
* Picnics are welcome but please take the trash out with you
* You must leave at the end of your session
* Stepping off the paths and into garden beds or onto boulders next to the ponds is strictly prohibited
* You may enter and enjoy the teahouse. Maximum capacity is 10 and shoes need to be removed. Clean socks are provided
* Masks are required inside the teahouse regardless of vaccination status
* Please do not disrupt the peacefulness many visitors are seeking: no talking on the phone, music or noisy celebrations
* Casual handheld photography is allowed but not portrait and posed photography or the use of tripods. You may request a photography permit by emailing the garden
* No photography allowed inside or on the porch of the teahouse
* Sorry, no pets
* Open rain or shine, we are unable to issue refunds or rainchecks
* We recommend you bring water and insect repellent. Sanitizer will be available but we advise you to carry your own
* Cleaning takes place before the garden opens but not during open hours
